Ordered a 3 piece supreme with fires and revived a 2 piece with bo rounds and no biscuit. My chicken was cold and hard. Didn’t even eat the food.
They're always out of something by 6pm. I've been there numerous times told no more dark meat, green beans, etc. It's not like the place is a bbq joint that smokes a certain amount of meat each day and when your out, you're out. Ordered CURBSIDE pickup. I currently had surgery on a leg and have limited mobility. Arrived, parked in Curbside spot, and stated in app and through the email that I was there. When app stated food was ready, nobody brought it out. I waited 10 minutes past that time. Gave up and drove through the drive-thru. Lady at drive-thru did not apologize and just stated when they are short staffed, the prepared order ends up sitting there.
