Worst chicken biscuit I have ever gotten from any bojangles. It was old and way too crunchy and burned. It was like they had put it back in the fryer just to heat it up and serve it.
This place used to be my favorite location, but not anymore. They are always out of something that I order. Last time I ordered and got to the window they said we don’t have this or that. I canceled the order before paying. Today they took payment before informing they were out of an item. Then they shorted us an item but we didn’t realize it till we got home. Took over fifteen minutes to fill a single order, I was the only customer at the time. Not exactly fast food. You would think since they took so long they could at least get order right, but you would be wrong. Stupid AI driver through.
Was better before they changed their biscuits. They tasted much better last year. But I still like Bojangles.
