This was my first and only visit at Bojangles. The server was not very helpful even though I told her it was my first time at the restaurant. I waited for about 20 minutes to get my food. I noticed that the container with beans was overfilled and dripping. The server didn't bother to wipe it and just placed it in the large box which I placed on my front seat in the car and that got dirty from the leaking bean container. 8/21/25. Got the 3-wings combo meal. Wings were old, cold and still had feathers on them. Fries were old, cold and hard. Kitchen crew was too busy with horseplay to care about the quality of the customer’s food. No supervisors were visible anywhere.
