Dropping my scores. The AI attendant that takes orders is a joke. Slow and annoying...I would not have a problem if my order was 100% every time. Today my order was wrong...but, does no good to complain; they are never in the wrong and just offer to replace meal on next visit, plus you get nothing but 'attitude' when you complain. Food today was not fresh, chicken filet was hard and overcooked. Bo Rounds (which wrong was given), were cold, too.
The food is delicious! I was happy to find one outside of the Carolinas!
Fast and friendly service! Biscuits are always fresh and hot!
