There is only one woman in there doing it all. The boy in there acted like he was trying to help and she told him what she needed but the ONLY thing I saw him do was get a cup put cheer wine in it and drink in then walked off and didn’t help her at all. The other girl was playing with her headset…. Who cares when you have a line of cars and a robot taking our orders. I ordered my normal but it with bacon and egg the egg wasn't cooked the bacon was burnt but the miss lady was great but this place needs a clean up bad with some of the workers and the foul words used and people need learn how to cook and not burn stuff think of it as what if this was your own
Please avoid the Bojangles in Thomasville NC Their customer service is the worse and their online system is not functional or updated. They told me my food was ready at 12:44 PM and I am still waiting in the car with my daughter hungry bored and it is 1:20 PM and no one has come to even give you an update of your order. I already came in once when I was already waiting for 15 minutes. Manager did not want to come out to face me at all.
I waited in line for 20 minutes at the drive through. They took my card and charged it and then told me they didn't have the orderI wanted, but were going to fill it with something else. The food they gave me was cold and they didn't have the drink i wanted. I was too hungry, waited too long and they already ran my card before telling me any of this information.
Came here late night on a road trip - drive through only with the “after dark menu.” Despite the low staffing and the restaurant being largely empty, the server/cashier was very helpful especially for a first timer at this chain, patiently explained their menu items and helped me get the order that I wanted. Most importantly the food was HOT and FRESH with beautifully done crispy chicken and delicious buffalo sauce.
