First time trying this location and will not be back, food took forever and staff seemed so miserable and rude. Chicken taste weird- can’t even explain not like normal bojangles?? Wasn’t given napkins or utensils for mac and cheese…
Inside is disgusting, took forever, all the employees are slow and lazy.
Disgusting and extremely slow. Trash and spilled food were all over behind the counter and in the kitchen, and no one made any effort to clean it up—employees just kept walking through it. We waited over 15 minutes for our food. Multiple customers left due to the delays, including one who left without their order and others who walked out of the line or drive-thru. Employees made no effort to acknowledge customers waiting to order or address the delays—they simply ignored people.
I was very disappointed in the food I was served. The chicken was very very dark and tasted rubbery. I would have returned it but I had to go to practice and needed something quick to eat. I have tried this specific location multiple times and the food does not taste fresh or like other bojangles I have had before. The tenders were hard and not easy to chew. The fries have been the best part of my meal each time I have went there.
