Gravy could be hot, not like warm.
I think the kitchen crew does a great job for the store. But the front service is very poor. Cashiers will make you wait while they use their phone at the register. I've seen the kitchen crew have to step in to make sure an order is correct while front end does nothing. Employees need a better break spot. Standing around and smoking at the front entrance of the store is just extremely unwelcoming and gross. Having to walk by multiple employees and taking in second hand smoke is disgusting.
