I had a lemon of a bike I didn't even purchase there. Bike was in for repair a few times until it was determined to be unrepairable. This was very frustrating, but the staff was understanding, patient and kind. They assisted in getting a brand new bike from the manufacturer. I very highly recommend this business, and they have a customer for life.

I was referred to Boj E-bikes from a shop that doesn't do the oddball ebike stuff. I have an older jetson adventure ebike 36v 250w 27.5 wheel. Noticed it had the shake ya tail feather feel one day, saw some broken spokes. Removed the wheel/hub assembly after speaking to Steve I think it was. He said he'd take a look. Met some younger guy at the front counter and I have to admit, I was expecting a salesman that was going to try to push stuff. Nope! Guy took my wheel took a pic, wrote some things down. After my bike did not arrive on time, I had to be the one to reach out to the shop to find out what was going on. I was told someone would look into it and get back to me, yet no one did. Over the next 5 weeks, I had to contact them three more times, and each time I was told someone would be in touch. They never did. I ended up cancelling my order.
