I just purchased their first Segway Ebike and could not be happier. The customer service was amazing, Steve the owner and Rusty were there to make sure all I needed was taken care of. There is a reason they have a 4.9 Google rating which is almost impossible to get. I think this Segway is the nicest most secure bike on the market. The anti theft system and GPS location theft device is state of the art.
