Driving to GP one morning, blew a transmission cooling line. Stopped in for a fluid top up. The gentleman behind the counter (Ray?) was at the shop before the posted opening hours. Had my suv in the shop faster than I expected. Spent about an hour talking with him like an old friend. He fixed the leak and filled the fluid for less than I expected the fluid fill to cost . His job is his passion and it really shows.
If i could give a 6/5 I would. Ray, along with the rest of the family go above and beyond when it comes to service. Exceptional knowledge of GM vehicle.
Great family owned business, very nice and honest. I'd highly recommend anyone to go here for any vehicle needs.
