Avoid at all costs – Unauthorised entry and zero accountability. Hired Boiso's Electrical Emerald to install a new switchboard at our tenanted property. I specifically called the day before (on behalf of our excellent tenants) to confirm the electricians would not need to enter the house. The office confirmed this clearly. The tradesmen not only entered the property without permission or notice, but let the dog run loose inside, tracked dirty footprints throughout the house, and left marks on the tenant's bed.
