Not driver-friendly. No restroom inside — only a portable toilet outside, which is miserable in freezing weather. You must drop your trailer in the lot and wait while they load it, then they bring it back. Expect 3+ hour wait times, no overnight parking, and no driver amenities. Plan accordingly.
A) Park on 2nd st and check in at office - you will need a 6 digit “IF” number B) Slide tandems and then proceed to trl drop area on 4th ave. Drop trl and park along river and wait for them to pick your trl up and return it to the same lot after being loaded. C) Reconnect to your trl and head back to office for the paperwork.
It is a big place. They have rules to check in and check out. Check the picture. You have to park out side 2nd street, and go inside to check in. Then you go to a yard leave trailer and they call you when it is loaded. Then you go to 2nd st. To check out.
Arrived around 5:30 PM on a Friday, checked in with security at main security office. Was told to drive to drop lot so yard-jockey can take trailer to be loaded. Loaded in about an hour. Was informed by yard jockey you can park overnight in the live trailer drop area.
