They have you sign a bunch of papers before you decide if you will return so they can bill your insurance company just to mix your antigen. Even though the receptionist tells you to call ahead so they can order your vials. Then they bill you and claim your insurance company requires it. I had an appointment with Dr. Palmer at Boise Valley Asthma and Allergy Clinic. This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a provider. I walked out of the appointment feeling belittled and hopeless. When I booked my appointment (a month prior), I was clear with the receptionist that I wanted to get a full skin scratch test panel done.
