Not only does this company not keep scheduled appointments, but they also lie afterwards when a poor review is left. The company claims they called me in advance and on the day of my appointment to tell me that it was canceled but that is an outright LIE! I received no such call prior to my appointment or on the day of my appointment. I did not receive a voicemail or even a call from any unknown number. This is complete fabrication on their part. I cannot say enough positive things about Boise Ultrasound Company. Both Lacy and Jessica are not only exceptionally skilled and experienced sonographers, but they are also incredibly kind and compassionate. As someone with a long-standing history of infertility and multiple pregnancy losses, I can say I've had my fair share of less than ideal experiences in medical settings. Out of all the places I’ve had an ultrasound between 3 pregnancies, this place is by far the best of any place I’ve been! Beautiful welcoming atmosphere, the most knowledgeable and kind tech I’ve ever had! 100/10 - would absolutely recommend this place for ultrasounds and will only have my future ones scans here!
St. Luke's was going to charge more than twice this amount for an out-of-pocket ultrasound so I was looking for other options. Boise Ultrasound Co was easy to schedule with, affordable, and well-equipped to entertain my kids with toys during my ultrasound. Drove from Mountain Home, ID to come here and am glad I did.
I had a wonderful experience with Boise Ultrasound (April ‘24). I was referred to them by someone as they are locally owned and run (I love this!). I walked in and the women could read me and responded instantly to my needs, no questions asked!. They were beyond kind, empathetic, and cared as they didn’t rush me and my situation. Thank you so much.
