Immaculate customer service in a pinch. Needed a suit tomorrow, Current suit was delaminating. Greg found me a suit jacket, pants, and vest which fit off the hangar, he quickly hemmed the pants while I waited given the urgency of my situation. AND he took an iron to give my current suit a temporary fix, now I've got options for tomorrow. I can't thank Greg enough for taking such good care of me on a very short timeline! Cheers! Oh by the way, the radio was rocking some absolute classic BOPS!
Tried a couple different shops before I went to Boise Tuxedo.. and I will say these guys were absolutely amazing to work with. Felt right at home and pricing was perfect.!! We rented tuxedos for our entire groom's party at Boise Tuxedo Shop, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! Greg and Jake were amazing. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect.
