We faced numerous set backs to make this very expensive program work for our son. The wait time between testing and getting a SLP therapist, the inconsistent schedule of the SLP we worked with which led to the clinic canceling 5 appointments for us. When my son refused to go to a session, we were billed $50, which is more than our appointment would have cost. Very unhappy with the service here. The therapists were not the issue. They were fine, but the facility incorrectly overbilled me, according to my insurance, and when my insurance addressed it with them they cancelled my daughters appointments, stating they couldn't see her until they resolved it, even though the issue was them and not me. I offered to self pay until they resolved what they had overbilled and then they could refund me, and they refused my money and gave me 10 minutes notice of cancelling the appointment afte... read more
This place is awesome. Lyndsey, Matt, and Molly are so kind and knowledgable. They are good at what they do and that allows us to look forward to going. The office staff is also friendly.
