Melissa came to our home the day after I reached out to her and was very thorough and pleasant. She showed me various shade options in her well-equipped van. She took my order and it was delivered right on time and installed by the Boise Shade Co. installer in less than 15 minutes. This was a great home decorating experience!

Melissa took great care of us and helped us choose a beautiful set of woven Roman shades with a minimal light filtering liners.
