Todd was great! His rates were competitive, and he was very informative and responsive to my many questions. I was moving from out of state (so, a lot of things were very time-critical and converging on the same day) and he did everything he could to make sure we closed on time - and we did!
Todd was very helpful and always willing to take my call and questions. He was quick to respond through and email or phone call.
