We had an excellent experience with this group. The radiology report was provided quickly and concisely and when we had a question about billing, they responded kindly and with wonderful customer service. We had a surprise bill appear and when we contacted them, they realized they had contacted the wrong insurance plan, were apologetic and swift to make it right. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
I experienced the same thing as most all of the other comments I've seen. To the best of my knowledge, I never received any communication until contacted by collections department. I was left waiting for a bill. When I finally got one from collections, I tried to get in touch with Boise Radiology Group. I was given another phone number to call through a voice message. I called that number and got nothing at all. Very frustrating to be sent to collection over what appears to be extraordinarily poor communication.
Received a text about collections. Horrible communication about this place billing me separately and then also not having an account or portal that I could log into before money went into collections. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Boise Radiology's billing process. St. Luke's has my insurance information on file, yet somehow that information was never properly applied or verified with the third-party billing company Boise Radiology uses. The communication has been terrible. I've received emails and text messages from a third-party billing service, but attempts to contact them and verify insurance information have gone nowhere. They reported me to collections after bill was paid, then they told the collection agency I was deceased... their accounting/billing department is really messed up! All I can say is, stay on top of the bills from Boise Radiology!
