Was not sent any statement or bill for services. This office sent the bill to collections without sending me a single statement.
I called and spoke with Alex. She was very professional and helpful. She noticed immediately why we received a bill that should have been handled by Tricare. She corrected tur information and resubmitted. The entire call lasted only 4 minutes so I can get back to my day. Thank you!

Pros: Actual radiology service was good (star is for them) Cons: Got my bill via a text message with a link to pay. Went online and I can't view my bill on their billing site - only pay. CHEESY!!
