9-26-19 Update to my review below..... The owner immediately sent a note to call her which I did. She LISTENED to my issues and is taking steps to remedy their customer service and billing. She indicated that someone making payments should not have been sent to collections and that my address should not have been changed without my authorization. I had an x-ray done by St. Lukes. My own personal doctor did the x-ray analysis. Later I received a bill from the Boise Radiology Group, stating that they had done the image analysis. I confirmed with my doctor that he didn't authorize them, and that his own office did the analysis. I've written two letters to the Boise Radiology Group in an attempt to resolve this. The second letter was sent certified mail. I have received no acknowledgment of the dispute, and they have since sent the bill to collections.

The reviews don't lie: this company's billing practices are unprofessional and incompetent. Over the past month, I have tried numerous times to get ahold of them to simply pay my bill, leaving multiple messages. I tried paying online and that option is somehow not functional. It wasn't until today, after waiting for almost an hour on hold, that I got through to someone only be told I have been sent to collections.
