The staff are helpful and patient when you call. However, I only gave 2 stars because there is a major problem with this company. I, like most people on here, never got a bill and then they sent the charge sent to collections. It was super inconvenient and I assume it'll happen again.
Same as all the other reviews, shady and suspicious billing practices! Submitted review to BBB. I received a text notifying me of an invoice, but I did not click on the link due to the numerous text scams occurring lately. After receiving another text, I attempted to call multiple times to confirm if I genuinely had an invoice, but was unable to get through or receive a callback. Unethical billing, same as everybody else. They should be ashamed
Just got a bill no idea who this company was. Mushy be from my obgyn. Who sent biopsy to this company.
I received a bill from a collections agency for $20 but never any bills from actual Boise Pathology. They also have my name completely wrong. I called 4 times today and was on hold each time about 9 minutes. Every time someone answered they would listen but then hang up. So weird and unusual. Not good business.
