Apparently sent to collections without ever getting a paper bill. The business is 2.5 hours from where I live and thus I would remember going to this business. The only thing that could have come close to needing this business was less than 30 days ago, but AGAIN, NO BILL SENT TO ME!! Will be filing a grievance with the State of Idaho as this is clear and intentional violation Idaho State Consumer Protection laws. Similar experience to other reviewers here, why has there been no change to the billing notification process?
Same as others are saying on here. Never received a bill. Suddenly a $20 notice from a debt collections agency. Extremely scammy/suspicious business practices. Will be reporting.
The staff are helpful and patient when you call. However, I only gave 2 stars because there is a major problem with this company. I, like most people on here, never got a bill and then they sent the charge sent to collections. It was super inconvenient and I assume it'll happen again.
