Very poor experience. I walked in feeling good & wanted to look around. I felt very judged, felt like I was looked at the whole time I was in there without offered help of any kind. When I asked about top coats she brought out one & when I found out they were behind the counter & while trying to looking at the prices & brand she kept saying tell me what brand you want. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my visit to this nail store was so uncomfortable I feel like others should be warned. From the moment I walked in, I was followed around the entire time—literally. One of the employees trailed me like I was about to steal something, watching every move I made like a hawk. No smile, no “Can I help you?”—just constant, silent surveillance. I understand wanting to keep an eye on things, but this crossed the line into full-on stalking. The staff was very uninviting and I was constantly being watched and followed. One staff member stopped stocking shelves and stood at the end of the isle to watch me while i was browsing. i was not stealing what so ever and never acted suspicious. I ended up not getting anything because they up-charge you 20%-30%if you’re not a licensed professional which is so stupid! Definitely not worth stopping by if you’re unlicensed.

I love this store! Even without a professional license, I’m able to shop here, and I think the 20% upcharge is reasonable!
