These guys are condescending Jerks! I went in to try to find a part, the service I got was a finger point towards the "yard" piles and piles of rusted out garbage picked clean of anything of value. They were not helpful in any way! After reading reviews I thought my experience will be different I only need a simple little part. Trust me this place is pathetic. If your in the mood to waste your day and be treated very poorly this is the place for you!
I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. I spent a while searching for the part i needed, It fit perfectly on my bike. It was very old, beat up, and extremely rusty. I figured it couldn't be more than twenty. I mean the part was beat to hell and would cost another 100 just to fix. Before the part was discontinued it would have costed 85 brand new. They wanted 35 for it, and when i tried to bargain him, he accused me of trying to rip him off. He was very rude. I'll never go back there again. I'd much rather let my bike sit ... read more
Up to date evaluation HUGE selection of parts ,Messy yard but what do you expect its a "salvage" yard .Friendly people ,they answered all my questions worked me a good deal on a bike. All in all a pretty good place to go for part not sure about there repair service seeing as how i do my own work. But like i said a pretty good place
Not a good experience... Took this place over an hour to finally tell us that they didn't have a part we were looking for....and it is no wonder....they are very disorganized. I know the place is for parts and such but has no one ever heard of a broom? The office area was so dirty I have no idea how they are productive day to day. Though we have tried a few times to get parts here they have never had what we are needing and we have had to go elsewhere. Sorry guys, you do not get a good rating from me.
Boo Not the best place to go if you want real service. They are not fast, friendly, or affordable. You are better off going to one of the more spendy stores just to get decent service.
New Owners, Great Place to Shop! New owners. Have cleaned-up the yard. Very friendly and service is great. Prices have gone up a little, but seem to be open to haggling.
Can I give a negative score??? Ask around about these guys. They tell you they have the part your looking for over the phone and when you get there they dont. There shop cheated me out of 350.00 in labor and at the end of it I was told my motor was blow and not to put any more money into the bike. Being that my motor was just rebuilt I took the bike to a more reputable shop and they called me in so I could see how I had been cheated.
