Would not recommend using this shop unless you want to take your car to someone else to be fixed properly. He was not mobile for me and made me bring my truck to his “shop” which was just a storage unit which was not disclosed before. I brought my 2019 ford ranger to him when it wouldn’t start would only crank and was throwing a brake code on the dash. He charged me to diagnose it and said it was a sensor issue. Huge thanks to Kelly! My truck wouldn’t start when I was trying to head back home, and he got me in right away. He quickly figured out the problem, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road the same day. Super knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out in a stressful situation. Highly recommend Kelly if you need an honest and dependable mechanic!
The peak of professionalism. Kelly was an absolute professional and came and helped put a belt on my father’s car during his off hours. He was incredibly responsive and had excellent communication during the entire process. His prices are more fair than he deserves. His knowledge is unmatched and I would absolutely recommend anyone use him as their mobile mechanic.
Kelly did not diagnose my broken AC and replaced my condenser for $1100. The condenser was not the problem so my AC was still not working. He asked me to bring it back in so he could diagnose it this time. He said he found the AC leak in the evaporator and quoted me 14 hours of labor for a total of $2400. I asked if there was any discount for fixing the wrong thing and he did not respond.
