There are a few good gyms in Boise, but this is my favorite. It’s not the biggest or busiest, which is exactly why I love it. The equipment is top-tier and thoughtfully selected. If you’ve lifted at a lot of gyms, you’ll appreciate how Jeramiah, the owner, designed the minimalistic layout so you can train efficiently. Great gym environment! Jeremiah - the owner is very friendly and welcoming. And so is Big E. You gotta stop in to meet him.
We were looking for somewhere to train while on vacation, hands down this was the best gym that was super friendly , well equipted , clean gym. Great gym for some serious training. Will definately be back again if we are ever in Boise again. Biggie (the dog) was the icing on the cake!!

Boise Iron Gym is hands down the best gym!💪 The equipment is top-notch, with a mix of new and old school equipment that will take your workouts to the next level. The environment and energy are unmatched, and the owner truly cares about the members. It’s always spotless, well-maintained, and the cost is more than fair for the value you get. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, it’s 100% worth it — I’ve made more progress toward my goals here than anywhere else. BIG is truly a gem💎 ✨
