One of the worst hotels I have ever seen at staff is rude.It's supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but they let people smoke all over the place says free breakfast, but it's only coffee. They burn very strong incense through through the whole hotel housekeeping didn't even clean our room like they were supposed to and they ripped me off on part of my deposit
We made the mistake and didn't check out motel before we booked it. This has been the worst stay at a motel I have ever had. We stayed here from Tuesday till Saturday. On the 2nd day we left our dirty towels and trash cans in hall. We come back hrs later and instead of putting the clean towels in the room housekeeping left out towls on top of the dirt trash cans out in the hall. Front desk lady is extremely rude.
If it had negative stars, I would’ve posted that. I woke up this morning finding these little things in my bed. I must’ve scratched one off and popped him. That’s the blood stain on the pillowcase picture. Upon realizing what was happening, I pulled back the sheets and found his live, blood filled little friend crawling away for safety. After taking a video, scooping him up and walking to the front desk and politely asking for my money to be refunded, the lady in the picture just said no without a care.
