The staff here do not communicate they also have no respect for anyone. They opened the door and walked in. The furniture in rooms are dirty and gross.
Entire property smelled of smoke even though there are no smoking signs posted everywhere. When checking in there is usually no receptionist at the counter so you have to use a phone on the wall to call to get someone to the desk. The building is situated on the property such that the only customer access is on one side of the building but the majority of the parking is on the opposite side of the building with limited walkway and unusual parking space layout. The dirtiest hotel I have ever seen in my life with the worst customer service humanly possible. When I arrived a family was arguing with the smelly front desk man , he barely spoke English and was extremely rude. They wanted a full refund for some reason I don't know. After Ichecked - in I walked in the foul smelling room. The bathroom has graffiti and the bed blankets have burns right through them. The pillows are yellow with people's drool stains.
