It was great to meet Lou and have him install a door for us. He was incredibly thorough and asked all of the right questions BEFORE he came out, to make sure I had all of the right parts like casing. For someone like me who knows very little about handy work, this was a very smooth and easy experience. He also cleaned up the entire area after working.
