As a lifter for the last 18 years, I was really excited to try something new and start CrossFit, and my first two weeks with Shane’s classes were great. Boise Crossfit offers an incredible experience. Andy and crew are top notch coaches who are both knowledgeable and attentive. From the welcome to the tailored to workout warmup to the work out of the day (WOD) they will be with you and thoroughly explain the process and movements. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or training for the games this gym will give you the tools to succeed. Additionally, the members carry with them the "Boise nice" environment that you would expect.
If you show up you'll be a different person.
This gym is dialed! I showed up without any crossfit experience and the coaches did an exceptional job of providing me with the necessary guidance and instruction - making my introduction to crossfit more seamless than I had previously imagined! Not only are the coaches great at providing educated feedback and encouragement, but the community is wonderful!
