Dropped in while in Boise for work and had a great experience. The coaches and members were welcoming, the programming was solid, and the class ran smoothly. If I'm back in town, I'll definitely drop in again.
Best CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to. I loved how the workouts were structured. They were fun and intense at the same time. Everyone was welcoming and encouraged each other. Coach Andy definitely knows what he is doing. This gym is suited for all levels. I was fairly new to CrossFit and Andy was patient and able to articulate not only how to correctly do the different workouts but why they were done a certain way to avoid injury and get the max out of them. Great experience.

As a lifter for the last 18 years, I was really excited to try something new and start CrossFit, and my first two weeks with Shane’s classes were great. Shane was attentive, encouraging, and gave thoughtful, safe modifications for movements that were too advanced for me as a CrossFit beginner. Boise Crossfit offers an incredible experience. Andy and crew are top notch coaches who are both knowledgeable and attentive. From the welcome to the tailored to workout warmup to the work out of the day (WOD) they will be with you and thoroughly explain the process and movements. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or training for the games this gym will give you the tools to succeed. Additionally, the members carry with them the "Boise nice" environment that you would expect.
