These guys are complete scam artists. I paid almost $2k in 2022 for their service and a lifetime warranty guaranteeing return visits for a set price. I cannot reach their company to schedule a visit and I now realize I was a fool for pre-paying. Im sure that I am not the only person that has been swindled. if anyone else is interested in pursuing legal recourse, please contact me.
BUYERS BEWARE! This company is entirely Fraudulent. They Lure you in with False Advertising. After a quick assessment our air vents he began the cleaning. Prior to completion, he starts showing us pictures of our dirty, unsanitary air vents. He lead us to believe that he took these photos during the cleaning process. The photos looked suspicious, it appeared these pictures we already downloaded onto his personal phone. Last spring they came to clean our ducts We used the $7 per vent coupon. $1700 later we purchased the complete premium package which included a lifetime filter. They didn't have the filter at that time. For the past 6 months we've been chasing the m to provide us with the filter. No return calls. Left 5_6 messages. Still no answer.
Quality of work was mediocre at best. Ordered and paid for an electrostatic filter which they had to order because they said they did not have it is stock. They said they would get us the filter in 2 to 3 days. After a week, I called them to check on status of the filter. They said they would get back to me by the end of the day, but never did.
