Mike and his lovely wife Helen are amazing. They potentially saved our lives. My wife and I were traveling from TX up to WY for my mother's birthday party and her minor heart procedure, when my 2019 Ram 1500's engine froze up. Come to find out the dealership that worked on it failed to tighten the oil drain plug. Unfortunately, the engine froze up 16miles outside of Boise City, OK at 11:40pm at temperatures below freezing with no heat and minimal power.
