I am a landlord, I had Tow house with Housing Authority, and when I talked to them they about selling the house they said the rent it was 13 days , no notice, after a month they asked for money back while the house is sold. 2nd house the tenant bought a house , no legal notice from mother of them , and housing authority manager asked me for the rent back , and to get it from tenant. Why we as landlords have to give you Three month notice, and you don’t follow the contract not even give me one month???!!!
