I arrived after close, as there was miscommunication between a retailer of theirs and me. Their staff certainly did not have to, but they went out of their way to help me with a will call. I am extremely grateful. Thank you, Boise Cascade!

Very slow and way too much corporate policy that hog ties them from being able to provide good service. After finally getting what I needed before heading out they couldn’t look at me and say “your welcome” to a overly sincere Thank You, but 3 people at the counter turned their backs and pretended I wasn’t there.

Terrible! Avoid at all cost, these guys are a joke. They were my last option for materials and I almost used another supplier. Walmart, McDonald’s, all beat these guys customer service standards. Beware! They loaded my truck wrong and almost ruined my trailer because I couldn’t fix the issue without having a hard hat and high vis clothing. Amateurs!

I work at a local lumber yard and pick up from suppliers all around the valley for special orders. Boise is by far my favorite place to pick up from. The staff are friendly and make it a point to remember my name. Lanni, Jadon & Jodi are particularly great.

I hope your not in a hurry drivers. The guys are friendly but the work is super slow. I'm at 3 hours and counting to get loaded. Where is the accountability? They really messed up my driving hours.
