I absolutely love Boise Automotive! I went in as a new customer. I had an urgent leak. They got my vehicle in right away, called me with the diagnostics the next morning, and had it finished that evening! Price was fair. Customer service was excellent! And they didn’t try and up-sale me on anything! I really felt comfortable going in and having a female in the shop to discuss the diagnostics. Dani was so great! I always feel like I’m getting taken advantage of from other shops.
