I would give Dr. Rupp and her staff an A+ The staff was amazing from the minute I entered the office. I have a medical condition that has been overlooked in the past by other rheumatoid arthritis doctors. Dr Rupp took a complete history and spent unrushed time with me to come to a complete diagnosis. I cannot tell you how important that is to me. With todays fast pace medical offices, as a patient you don't always get the attention you need as a patient. We thought this rheumatologist (I won't mention her name) would be my wife's saving grace for her arthritis problems...boy were we wrong. My wife has numbness in her hands, which she thought my be carpal tunnel.
