My dog had a sore on his leg. I got it wrapped with some medicine on it and a bill for $288.45. An urgent care exam was $125.00. His eyes, temperature, ear canals, and feet were not checked. The exam took less then two minutes. I was also charged $51.43 for medication (Animax Ointment) that I bought online for $18.00. Dissapointed.
These people truly care about their patients and it shows! Dr. Marshall and McCoy the technician were very caring and understanding. Love the staff and Vets. They always take such good care of my furry family members!!
I brought my dog in for stitches, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The doctor didn’t seem to know what he was doing, and the wound ended up getting infected. I later found out that the hair around the wound should have been shaved to prevent this, but that basic step was completely overlooked. This lack of proper care caused unnecessary pain and complications for my dog. Very frustrated and disappointed with the level of service we received.
