Nice doctor but why don't they take AMEX. Seems so 1990s to me.
Received a bill, selected a 6 month payment plan for $38 a month. Two months and two payments later I’m getting an “account past due, going to send to collections” for the full amount. I called and asked why I’m getting an account past due when I’ve made two payments already. They said because I am not making the minimum payment of $50 a month. My anesthesiologist did his job fine. Although said he didn't believe me when I told him i don't drink alcohol so that put me off a bit but gave it a pass-not sure if that was a joke or precaution. Other than that he was great at setting expectations for the procedure. However, billing was a huge disappointment.
