I sat in the parking lot with four other vehicles full of toddlers this morning. The website and Facebook states they are open but they were not. No note on the door and no message on their machine. Very inconvenient.

Have enjoyed taking my kiddo here on multiple occasions however lately when we have gone or called to check hours, they are closed. No updates on the door or answering machine, I would expect that if something happened, someone would update. At least a "closed for winter" sign or updated message would be nice.
Website hours and Facebook hours differ. We arrived two different days for open bounce and they decided they just didn't want to open. I had 4 kids waiting to have fun and left with 4 crying kids.
Great place to have a birthday party. Very organized and clean.
