We purchased our home and there was a warranty for foundation home repairs that transferred to us. We have called their number over 10 times and it just goes to a generic voicemail and nobody ever responds.

Sorry, this review is late in coming but well deserved. B&M installed a sum pump system in our house nearly ten years ago and there's been no water issues since. We've been able to finish our basement and added significant living space for our family. Their quote was 1/3 of the cost of Ever Dry. They were professional, came when they said they would, and completed the work with no surprises. I remember when the guy gave us an estimate, he said one day you'll walk down here - referring to our basement - and it will just smell... read more

I think they closed permanently. I had them waterproof my basement which comes with a lifetime transferable warranty. They had a good reputation prior to me hiring them in 2015. They basically fixed the problem but for a minor leak occurring a few times a year. They always came out to try and fix it until one day it became difficult to reach them.
