Hidden charges, charge for things that other plumbers don't charge for like using tools. Charge for travel time and per km on the truck. Send 2 people for a 1 person job and charge for both. Its hard to recommend them. They did an alright job and cleaned up after themselves nicely which is why a 2nd start happened, but definitely expect higher charges than other plumbers would charge.
