January 7 2010. Ordered a front and rear rack for an ATV. I was told $70 each over the phone by an employee when I ordered them. When I got my receipt the price was $70 for the front, $100 for the rear PLUS shipping to *their* store for $15 plus tax. So $45 more than I was quoted. No mention of shipping when I was quoted over the phone. I mentioned it to the employee and he stated "that's what the computer says it costs". Paid them to fix my 4 wheeler. Got home and 4 wheeler did not run right. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. When i went to pick it up, they said nothing was wrong with it and TRIED to charge me again just for looking at it. The next weekend i went to go ride and ended up blowing the motor because they didn't fix the oil pump that they was supposed to.
