Really bad service. Servers lack proper etiquette and act like they don't care.
They no longer have real fruit on their shaved snow. Got cheap. Whack. Go to papa walk for shaved snow.
Yum! Don't forget to add 6 quail eggs for $1

2.5 hour wait?!
Be weary of the bad customer service. There are plenty of tables but they still make you wait. The workers tries not to make eye contact so that they dont have to tend to your needs.
They have temporarily removed snow ice from their menu!:-(
