I called Mohammed for a quote for a new boiler installation and made an appointment for the next day. When he arrived, he looked at my current boiler and said “you don’t need a new boiler. This is a good boiler and I know what the problem is”. He fixed it right there and then and I had hot water again. It really didn’t take long. After the fix he made sure everything was working properly. Checked all the radiators and offered to bleed them. He was very professional, experienced and efficient.
