The staff at Boilersource is extremely helpful and knowledgable about boilers and parts. Tricia goes above and beyond to ensure that we receive parts quickly (even if they have to be ordered from a manufacturer) and is always happy to answer any questions about equipment or invoices.
I have a Raypak Boiler in one of the apartment buildings we manage. Twice in the the last 4 years I had servious outages. Both times it was Boilersource to the Rescue. These Guys know Boilers. Yesterday after my boiler was down for 3 days, I remembered Boilersource and gave them a call. I spoke to Rodger in Tech Support.
