Excellent company. Just had a viessman 100 installed due to ours breaking down. Paul went above and beyond to get us sorted and cannot thank him enough. Kevin the installer did an excellent job and the office were great too. Best customer service I've ever had with anything.
Very pleased with the installation, there was no hassle, and I got on very well with Mark who did the installation we had a similar engineering background, and he completed the job in one day. I love the viesmann boiler, it is super quiet. Top marks all around !!

Our boiler stopped working around 6pm, spoke to a very friendly guy, Phil from Boilerhut. He immediately WhatsApped me a video showing how to restart the boiler after a combustion lockout and offered more help over the phone in case it doesn’t work, even later that night. Everything worked - excellent super friendly service from Phil and Boilerhut 😀
We had a complete boiler failure and Boiler Hut were brilliant. It was the best value quote and better still we got a Viessman boiler with a 12 year warranty. Mark came to fit the boiler on the agreed day and he was the perfect installer, professional, knowledgeable and fast (we were freezing). I'd highly recommend Boiler Hut, great people, great price and a brilliant boiler.
