They responded quickly to my emergency, arrived on time, and dealt with the issue safely and professionally. The engineer was knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. I recently used Boilergurus and was very happy with their service. From initially coming out at very short notice when my boiler broke down, to assessing the issue and ultimately helping me choose and then install a new boiler, they were great. Very flexible, excellent communication throughout and work done to a high standard. I’d definitely use them again.

Full 5 stars to this team. Amazing people, thorough professionalism but with personal touch, owing up the task, very responsive - all in all, great work. It was an emergency boiler installation and from my first call to Lydia, till the full installation on the next day, it was all handled extremely well.
