Excellent service! Their engineer is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He always replies very quickly and calls back. I would recommend their services to all my friends and family with boiler issues. The service is very reasonable too! 5 stars!

We have had an incredible experience - the engineer clearly knows his stuff. He installed a radiator and a new timer for our boiler as well as serviced it. All work was completed fast and efficiently, leaving no mess. The engineer is friendly, informed, and helpful, and charged a fine price. Undoubtedly our go-to person for any future boiler and heating needs. I will use them again!
No one turned up despite them claiming that they had waited for 15minutes. They fold us they would ring 30 minutes before but never rang. Terrible situation
They came really quickly and fixed my boiler on the same night. Really happy with the service and the price. Thanks guys :)
