Absolute rip off! I was informed of £66 call out fee to fix the boiler but the engineer for 20min job charged £385! No parts! He cleaned the filter n done. Instructed to make a family n friends transfer gave his private number n I'm still struggling to get an invoice from him! Will never use again !
