Boiler was short cycling and not firing up properly. They thought at first it could be an issue with the control board or photocell which could have cost about £200, but when Geoff came out within 2 days, he had a look and said it just needed a service - 2 small parts needed replaced (nozzle and a pipe), and he just cleaned the rest and adjusted airflow etc... working great and cost only £83. The engineers and staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is ever too much hassle, even when my heating was having intermittent issues. I couldn't recommend them enough.
