Do not book with this company! I had an appointment with them for a move-out carpet cleaning and they did not even bother to show up or even answer the phone when it was supposed to be the appointment time. When they finally answered, they said they would not be able to come. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! They never cancelled in advance. This cleaning was time sensitive as it was a move-out carpet cleaning before turning in the keys. This company had ZERO courtesy or professionalism! I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!!
