I am absolutely appalled at this funeral home. Just a week or so after my father-in-law passed away, I went in with my mother-in-law to pick up his cremated remains. It was an emotional day for all of us, especially my mother-in-law. We went in not knowing what to expect. We were told to have a seat while we wait for Brett to meet with us. Recommendedduring such a difficult time in out lives they made this part so much easier. we never go the run around and they constantly kept me updated. I believe Lyndal was who assisted us and he was an amazing person . I cant speak highly enough of this company. we've not only went thru them once but twice, they even remembered our last name from when we were in 2 years prior. thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for The Oats Family.
