Wowowow is Al I can say. Toni was able to squeeze me in last minute for a first time client appointment to redo my foil highlights and haircut. She was very interested in my vision for my hair and asked relevant questions to make sure she understood fully before explaining what the plan would be. After toning the highlights they came out PERFECT on the first try. Then came the cut. I told Toni that I wanted "subtle dramatic" hair and she actually understood what I was saying when I barely knew myself. She had never met me before and I didn't provide pictures but she gave me a fabulous haircut and highlights/color which came out better than what was in my head. Her suite is so adorable and the spa music playing is exactly what I play at home. Great atmosphere, great person, great results.
