Very unprofessional. Got my eyebrows done by Riley in 2021. When I went to my appointment the door was locked and she wasn’t there. I messaged her and she blamed it on her message not sending to me that morning saying she was out of inventory. Rescheduled, showed up to my appointment and the door was locked and she wasn’t there for the second time! She said she would cover my touch up appointment for the inconvenience (I paid in full the first appointment), I never got any money back. 2 stars because my brows turned out good... read more
Riley Lepin behaves absolutely abhorrently. I had never met her in my life, but years ago when drinking at a local bar a friend offered to get me a ride home, it was Halloween night. He and I walk up to this vehicle and I am prompted to get in when Riley in the driver's seat, swings her head around, looks at me and says "ew" and starts backing up the vehicle quickly as I'm partially in it, then speeds away with the most vile look I've ever seen on a human beings face.
